The compass that guides our work
Core values are principles to help us guide our behavior, make decisions, and stay grounded as we grow. They’re how a company stays itself when nobody’s looking. They’re how a team knows what to do when the playbook runs out.

What we stand for

Discipline
Show up on time. Protect the site. Communicate clearly. Clean thoroughly. The standards don’t loosen because nobody’s watching.
Service
The work doesn’t end when the truck pulls away. Service means treating every customer like the work matters, because it does.
Stewardship
What we haul belongs to a community before it belongs to a landfill. We sort, donate, recycle, and divert whenever possible.
Respect
For the homeowner, the property, the items, and each other. Respect is the difference between a transaction and a relationship.
