Did you know still today that 90% of all products shipped in the united states are still being sent using cardboard packaging? If you don’t believe this just try to remember the last product that you got that wasn’t sent in a cardboard box. If you have a lot of cardboard material laying around your house for St Patrick's day this article will tell some tips of how to reuse them for this holiday. 1. Cardboard gift cards
The cardboard package that is getting sent to your home you can convert them to a beautifully made gift card for the sender. You are probably thinking why would you send someone a gift card made out of a cardboard box when you can just buy a premade one at any store. Well, it would be more meaningful if you create a custom gift card yourself rather than buying a premade one at your local store that billions of other people probably already have. 2. Create cardboard drink coasters If you are hosting a party for St. Patric day, a good project to create is a drink coaster. First It's a very good idea because you don’t have to purchase any which will save you money and secondly you probably won’t even get enough to cover for everyone depending on how large you want this celebration to be. All you need is some tape and a good pair of scissors. 3. Cardboard organizer bins Everyone's home contains some type of disorganization or clutter so why not use some cardboard bin boxes to pack away and organize some products that you don’t use on a daily basis. It's especially a good idea if you plan on moving so it would already be packed up and ready to go. You can use a cereal box to create a magazine rack for them to be placed in. Another good use to reuse cardboard is by making some party decorations for the holiday. You can create four leaf clovers, hats, flowers etc. Make something interesting that would fit the holiday theme. The most fun thing about all of this is you can show off your creativity during St Patrick's Day. GOT JUNK?
