It's time to get rid of old cans of paint. Maybe you purchased too much paint for your project (because we all know EXACTLY what we're doing at Home Depot, am I right?!) or maybe you've been procrastinating that project (GASP!) for so long that you've changed your mind altogether. Whatever your reason, most homeowners know the feeling of being stuck with a stack of old paint cans sitting somewhere in their home. Do you have paint cans somewhere in your garage, basement, shed, or a storage cabinet of your home that you’d like to get rid of?
Here’s what you need to know about getting rid of old paint. Disposing of Old Paint In any case, when you're ready to part with the paint and reclaim your space, you may be surprised to learn that wet paint is one of the hardest everyday household items to get rid of! It cannot be dumped in a landfill or transfer station without causing harm to the environment. Worse yet, is when people don't want to bother disposing of their old paint in the correct, responsible, and LEGAL way. They opt instead to leave it in or around a dumpster or even pour it down sewage drains. So what should you do? Do junk removal companies take paint? Yes, and no. Unfortunately, most nationally franchised and popular junk removal companies (1-800-GOT-JUNK, Junk Kings, JDog Junk Removal & Hauling, etc.) will not haul away paint. They categorize paint as a hazardous substance and won’t touch it. That’s where we come in. G.I. Junk Removal will dispose of old paint cans for you. As an independent, locally-owned business we can cater our services to what makes sense for our area. Needless to say. Gordon Ramsay is too hard to think about. My measure is: if I like my food that cares about what others are saying.

In conclusion, ducted range hoods are more efficient to ventilate the kitchen than ductless versions, but they can cost you more and may be more difficult to install because they require ductwork to ventilate the air outside.
