Three things shape your price
Junk removal pricing is simple in principle: it’s about the truck space your items take, the labor to move them, and how they need to be disposed.
Volume
How much of the truck your items fill. You only pay for the space you use — from a single item to a full load.
Labor
Stairs, tight access, heavy items, and disassembly time can affect the job. We confirm the labor scope on-site before starting.
Disposal
Some materials cost more to dispose of properly. We donate and recycle whenever possible to keep costs reasonable.
How much of the trailer it takes
We price by the volume your stuff takes up in our 16-foot dump trailer. The crew confirms the final price on-site after they see the load — before any work begins.
Tier prices reflect the typical job in that bracket. The crew confirms the final number on-site once they can see the load and any access factors. We don’t start work until you’ve signed off.

We discuss the updated price before continuing. You always approve the final price before we keep going.
Do you remove single items?
Yes. We frequently remove couches, refrigerators, mattresses, hot tubs, and appliances as single-item pickups.
Do you handle demolition debris?
Yes. Our crews regularly remove debris from shed removal, deck demolition, and interior renovation projects — often in the same trip as the demo.
Do you accept cash, check, and card?
Yes. The crew accepts payment at the time of service by cash, check, or credit card.
